Join the Nutmegger Cheese and Wine Festival: A Fundraiser to protect Connecticut’s farmland and support quality childhood nutrition
This very special event will feature some of the very best of Connecticut’s Cheese, wine, ice cream, and artisanal breads. The festival will take place at the Jones Family Farms in Shelton Connecticut from noon until 4:00 p.m. We’ll also offer a series of “cheese talks,” live music with Ken Coulson & Gatsby’s Green Light, hay rides, vineyard tours, and a silent auction.
This fundraiser will support the ongoing efforts of the Working Lands Alliance to protect Connecticut’s productive farmland and advance agricultural viability, and the Valley Initiative to advance health & learning in schools. Learn more about our event beneficiaries.
